How long does it take?
We usually get your hand-drawn picture to you in 2-3 days.
How will I receive the order?
We will send you your high-resolution digital image via email.

What can I have as my background?

Will I get a preview?
We will email you the finished artwork based on your photos and notes, but you will still have the option to request revisions on the finished artwork. Instructions not mentioned at the time of placing the order may require additional charges.
Do pets, cars, etc. count as people?
Yes, they do.
What if I'm not happy with my drawing?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied, you may ask for revisions of your drawing until you are fully satisfied with your artwork.
Note that revisions are small changes in your drawing such as the colors, poses, details, etc. Revisions are not complete redos of your artwork. We won’t be able to add large objects or a new person. If you would like to make such additions, they may result in additional charges.
Do you draw more than 10 people?
We do! Just drop us an email and we can discuss it.
